Who we are: Annotra ("Annotra," "we," "us," "our") provides software that helps users annotate patent drawings and create USPTO-ready PDFs.
Information we collect
Account details: name, email, password or SSO identifier.
Workspace data: projects, uploaded files, reference lists, settings, activity within the app.
Transactional data: subscription status, invoices, and limited payment information handled by our payment processor.
Usage data: log files, device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location based on IP, and cookies or similar technologies.
Support content: messages and attachments you submit through our support form.
