Whether you're adding reference numbers, adjusting leader lines, formatting figure numbers, or preparing multiple pages for publication, the process has long relied on general-purpose design software that was never built for patent professionals.
Annotra was created to change that.
Michael Williams is a patent illustrator and the founder of American Patent Drawings (APD), his patent illustration company. He built Annotra from that hands-on experience to bring reference numbers, leader lines, figure labels, and PDF export into one focused workflow. Annotra is built by a patent drawing professional who understands the work firsthand.
Annotra is an early-stage product and brand of Design Serious LLC, based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Annotra focuses on adding reference numbers, leader lines, and labels to patent drawings. Users can manage multi-page projects and export annotated PDFs for review.
